Style Creeping.

This week is a very weird week. I am going to try something called style creeping. I find a cute bag or outfit and I snap a picture with my phone during school and upload it. Then when all of the photos are up, you can rate them. :) Sound good? Leave a comment if you want.

Hot or Not

Lately, there are about 5 items that I see constantly around the school. Some good, others.. not so much. Though something may be popular among your peers, it doesn't make it cute necessarily. Other times, you will see this one person wear something, and it could be so chic! Lets start the list:

1) Ugg Boots - Comfortable, Casual, Matches anything.
2) Jeggings - Comfortable and Stylish.
3) Army Print - Comes and goes, but becoming more popular again.
4) Plain Tees - Simple, Comfortable, Always stylish.
5) Silly Bands - Cute, Fun, Colorful.

Now think about it. Which items are hot and which are not.

HOT:
JEGGINGS, ARMY PRINT, AND PLAIN TEES.

not:
ugg boots, silly bands.

Outfits!!

Sorry for the delay! I have recently been in Haiti doing mission trips! It was a great experience. I will post some pictures later for the heck of it :) But for now, lets focus on some outfit ideas!

So continuing on, as if there wasn't any big break in timing of my posts, another fall color that is really coming into style is teal. This is used for more of an accent color, though. As you can see on outfits 1, 2, and 4. Try to mix things up. Experiment with laces, scarfs, boots, pants, knits, belts, jewelry, and jackets. You will be surprised at the endless possibilities you will stumble upon out there! Good luck, and have fun!

Skin

These days, it is vital to take good care of your skin. With acne, dry skin, and blemishes, it is hard to do so. I have put together a list of products and tips to help you achieve that great skin you desire!
Three great skin treatments for acne that do not dry out the skin are:

1) Proactiv

2) Oxy

3) Clearasil

To keep the skin moisturize, try this lotion:

Curel does not clog pores, keeps skin moisturized for up to 24 hours, and does not feel thick on the skin. It is the perfect lotion for your skin!

Tips to keep your skin great:

1) Drink lots of water: This keeps skin healthy and hydrated.
2) Wash face at least twice daily.
3) Tooth paste on existing zits helps to dry it out an reduce size and redness.
4) Do not cake on makeup. It clogs pores.
5) Exercise and sweating. Cleanses pores, and makes you happier (which is a good bonus)
6) Watch what you eat. Excess amounts of sugar cause breakouts.
7) Manage your stress to a minimum. Stress = breakouts.
